I am venturing into new territory next year, taking on board some career mentoring activity. Of course I have discovered through my formal mentoring training that I, like many others, have been mentoring colleagues for years, mainly informally and to some extent rather ad hoc.
Now I have the chance to take a more organised (don’t laugh!) approach and take on one or two ‘mentees’ for 2022.
So to help me develop some tools of my own, please comment on how useful, if at all, the diagram below might be. You are welcome to use, suggest modifications, or completely diss it!!!
