I found this lovely little guide to life this morning:
Be generous and expert, trustworthy and clear, open-minded and adaptable, persistent and present. Easy to memorise, yet powerful enough to apply to every day. Get the full guide from http://www.SimplifyYourFuture.com
I’ll be using this to inform my next few blogs.
Sometimes things just don’t need explaining:
I remember my old boss, the great Eric Foskett, telling me when there was a bit of a political argument and crisis at work: “Remember, David, only death is fatal!” This has helped me enormously many times in my training career – so thanks Eric for those simple words.
For those who have to deliver difficult training to ‘difficult’ people, try this:
“There are no difficult learners, only difficult behaviours to manage”
